Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Swift Solve, we aim to provide high-quality learning resources and a seamless subscription experience. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Cancellation

​

  • Subscriptions renew monthly from the date of purchase. You will be charged once a month unless cancelled.

  • Cancelling your subscription will stop all upcoming and future payments. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You may renew your subscription at any time by visiting the Plans & Pricing page, selecting your preferred plan, and completing the payment process.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Click your profile picture icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select Accounts from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the menu on the left, click My Subscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Refund Policy

​

  • Refunds are only available for the most recent subscription purchase and must be requested within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

  • Refunds are processed in full if your request meets the conditions outlined below.
    We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

Conditions for a Refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted through our official contact form or via email.

  • The subject line of the contact form or email must clearly contain the word “refund”.

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Only the most recent subscription purchase is eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be granted for requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period.

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

  • This policy is designed to meet or exceed the cooling-off rights provided under South African consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Refund via Contact Form (Preferred Method):

  1. Visit the Contact section of our website here.

  2. Fill in your name and email (must match your account used to purchase the subscription).

  3. Select Refund as the subject.

  4. Provide a short reason for your refund request in the message box.

  5. Submit your request within 48 hours of your subscription purchase.

How to Request a Refund via Email (Alternative Method):​

  1. Send an email to swiftsolve.za@gmail.com.

  2. Use Refund in the subject line.

  3. Include:

    • Your full name

    • The email address linked to your Swift Solve account

    • A short reason for the refund request

  4. If you forget to include "Refund" in the subject, please reply to your original email with the correct subject to ensure it is processed.

  5. Do not submit refund requests via both the contact form and email at the same time, as this may delay processing.

3. Additional Notes

  • All refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are not issued via contact through phone number, and are only processed via the contact form or email.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
